Assignment Description
We are seeking an Automation Engineer
What You Will Work On
Troubleshoot and analyze automation systems with a strong focus on root cause analysis (RCA)
Perform advanced debugging of PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems
Program, configure, and maintain automation platforms and control systems
Work with SCADA systems, HMI applications, and industrial data historians
Ensure high system availability, reliability, and operational performance
Drive improvements related to OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness)
Manage change controls, deviations, and validation activities in regulated environments
Support production and maintenance teams with technical expertise
Participate in automation projects involving new and existing systems
Contribute to system design, integration, and continuous improvement initiatives
Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory requirements
What You Bring
Degree in Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field
Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial automation and control systems
Strong expertise in troubleshooting, debugging, and root cause analysis
Experience with PLC, HMI, and SCADA platforms
Experience with industrial data management and historian systems
Good understanding of automation system architecture and integration
Experience working in manufacturing or process industries
Ability to work in cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Structured and quality-focused working style
Fluent English communication skills
